The Society uses the Golf Genius platform to manage membership and the administration of fixtures. All members have an account with Golf Genius, which is where you can register and pay for events, as well as find information about tee sheets, results and matchplay fixtures.

Golf Genius is linked to the WHS system, allowing us to access up-to-date handicap information for all members, and ensuring all scores from IPAGs fixtures are automatically submitted to WHS. Members can also enter scores during each event using the Golf Genius mobile app - this allows us to create live leaderboards, as well as minimising the administration required to check paper scorecards. We ask one player in each group to take responsibility for entering scores via the app, and to keep a record with a traditional pencil and scorecard as a back-up.

You can access invoices and view your transaction history via the Golf Genius mobile app - simply select Profile and the choose Transactions from the dropdown menu at the top of the page.
